Every Diligent client has a personal account manager assigned to them, and full access to Diligent's worldwide support group.
As a Boardbooks user, any help you need, any question you need answered, is just a phone call away. There's no phone tree, no being put on hold—you simply call the toll-free support number and immediately speak to a live person.
There's no issue too trivial.
If a director needs help with the basics, such as resizing windows, a battery that's run down, a forgotten password, or even things like computer settings or accessing the Internet—we're ready to help immediately. They could be at work, at home, travelling or on vacation. It doesn't matter. Wherever they are, no matter what time of day, we're available to help.
If an admin needs help uploading a document, creating a book, or setting up an agenda, it's not a problem—we're ready to help immediately.

What's Required of Your IT Department.
One of the things IT departments appreciate most, is that they really don't have to be involved, or on call, to implement and support the Diligent Boardbooks board portal.
A company's IT department is typically involved up front in evaluating Boardbooks and reviewing our security protocols. But, once the initial due diligence aspect is taken care of, there's nothing really required of an IT department, other than ensuring their executive team and administrative staff have Internet access.
Diligent handles the rest—all the installation, training, and support.
