Our support team is available from the very first training session and beyond, to ensure your Diligent Boardbooks® experience is smooth and flawless.

Simply put: We leave no director or admin behind.

Every company is different, every director is different, every admin is different. That's why we personalize our training for each company and individual user.

While it takes almost no time at all to get up to speed on Diligent Boardbooks, the reality is that while many board members and admins will be using the board portal on a regular basis—others might only use it four times a year when there's a quarterly board meeting.

And, even though Diligent Boardbooks is incredibly easy to use—it's also a very powerful tool with lots of features. So, an occasional user, or one who is not particularly computer savvy, might forget a few things in between meetings.

But it's not a problem—we're standing by, just a simple phone call away—ready to answer any question and give any user a little refresher as often as they would like.
