Service Agreements

At Diligent Boardbooks, all service agreements include board-level consulting and concierge-level support:

• Unlimited training via one-on-one sessions, delivered either in person or online
• Complete installation and setup, including any backend integration required
• Full IT support and troubleshooting (including network and firewall issues)
• Remote diagnostics anywhere, anytime
• All Boardbooks software upgrades
